Do you have a question about our offers and services or your order? In our FAQs we answer questions that we are frequently asked. If a question still remains unanswered, we would be pleased if you contact us. At the bottom of the page you will find the options for doing so.

Questions regarding our contact channels:

Our service hours are from Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. During these hours we are happy to answer your requests via telephone or e-mail.

Questions regarding our order process:

You can place your order directly via our online shop. If you should have any special requests, we would kindly ask you to get in touch with us prior to placing your order.
As an online retailer we are unfortunately unable to accept orders over the phone.
No, you do not need to create a customer account. You can place your order by using a guest account as well.
If you have forgotten your password, we would kindly ask you to use the “Forgot your password?” function. A newly created password will be then sent to your registered e-mail address (Forgotten your password? - )
You can pay your order via Stripe.
Yes, they are, for all our products the respective closure is included in the price.
No, there is not. Any order quantity, if in stock, can be ordered via our online shop. There is no minimum order value either.
Our goal is to prepare every order for shipment as soon as soon possible. Please understand that changes can only be made in exceptional cases or shortly after you have placed your order.
No, there is not. Due to the fact that our product range is dynamic and constantly being customized to our clients’ needs, we are unable to offer a printed catalog of our product portfolio.

Questions regarding our delivery and shipping costs:

Orders up to 150 kg will be dispatched as parcel shipments with our shipping partner DPD. Orders exceeding 150 kg will be dispatched as pallet shipments with our shipping partner DHL. You can find the weight of your shipment from your shopping cart.
A forklift will not necessarily be required but it would be be an advantage since your pallet will only be delivered to ground floor. If you do not have a forklift at your disposal, please get in touch with us in advance via telephone.
Your order will be processed and shipped within one working day after we have received your payment. The actual shipping time is 3-7 working days (for parcels, saturdays excluded).
After your order has been shipped, we no longer have any influence on the delivery process. Unfortunately, we thus cannot guarantee a preferred delivery date for your order. We would highly recommend to check the track & trace link of your order on a regular basis.
Unfortunately, we do not offer express shipping for orders going abroad.

Questions regarding the order process after receipt of the order / customer complaint:

Your invoice will be sent to your e-mail address. This document also includes a detailed overview of your shipment.
We are not infallible but we are happy to assist you with your complaint in a quick and straightforward manner. In order to facilitate this process, we would kindly ask you to send us an e-mail and indicate your order number, the respective article number/s as well as the number of the articles affected. We will be happy to take care of your request as soon as possible.
The right to cancel does not apply to consumer outside the EU.

Questions regarding our products:

Yes, we offer a variety of possibilities for customizing your products, such as our printing service (Bottle printing - You may also change closures or purchase colored shrink capsules in order to personalize your ordered items.
Ideally a shrink capsule should be melted with a heat gun. Alternatively, you may also use a standard hair dryer. Please note that the purpose of a shrink capsule is to provide proof of originality but it cannot be used to seal a bottle’s closure.
It means that this article is currently not in stock. But there is no need to worry, it will probably be back in stock soon. Please understand that we do not offer a reminder service for out of stock items. We would kindly ask you to visit our online shop regularly and browse for the article in question.
No, they will not. Due to the temporary storage at our warehouse, we are unable to provide sterile products. We strongly recommend to clean all items thoroughly before use.
Yes, basically all our products are food safe. If you have any concerns regarding a specific product, we would kindly ask you to test if this product is suitable for your purposes.
Yes, our jars are suitable for pasteurization. Our twist off closures can be heated up to 90° C.
Yes, our jars are suitable for bottling. Our twist off closures can be heated up to 90° C.
Unfortunately, we are unable to acquire the sealing rings separately from our supplier.
Bottles that come with a screw cap are suitable for bottling carbonated beverages. Bottles that come with a cork stopper are not suitable for this purpose.
Our bottles and jars that come with a screw cap can be hermetically sealed. As for our bottles that come with a cork stopper we are unable to ensure a 100% hermetical sealing.
Yes, most of our products are re-usable. We have a variety of products which are recommended for single use only, such as our DOP closures or some of our PET products.
