Our prices shown in the shop are always total prices including VAT. Only the shipping costs listed below will be added. 

Calculation of shipping costs: 
A volume weight is calculated from the volume and weight, which is taken as the basis for calculating the shipping costs. 

Delivery times: 
Germany: 1-3 working days 
Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Italy, France, Monaco, Denmark, Sweden, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Lithuania, Slovenia, Latvia, Estonia, Romania, Slovakia, Finland: 2-5 working days
Great Britain: up to 10 days 
For pallet shipments, the delivery time is increased by one working day. Delivery instructions: We do not deliver to packing stations!

Approximate order weight:

Please add approx. 1kg packaging weight for each 30kg step of the product weight up to a total order weight of <150kg (example: 60kg total order weight + 1kg +1kg = 62kg). Please add from a total weight of >150kg add approx. 27.5kg packaging weight for every 150kg goods weight (example: 300kg total order weight + 27.5kg +27.5kg = 355kg).

Notes on express delivery:

In many parts of Germany, express delivery takes place on the next working day for orders and receipt of payment by 2 p.m. on the next working day. There is no delivery on Saturdays! Orders placed on Friday are delivered on Mondays.

Express delivery is not possible for the following areas: Frauenchiemsee, Heligoland, Hiddensee, Neuwerk Island, North Frisian Islands, East Frisian Islands, Nordstrand, Kleinwalsertal.
