Black-Red-Gold Smoothie: a recipe with three flavours

An extraordinary smoothie with three layers: golden mango, red strawberries, blackberries and blueberries create a colour mix inspired by the German flag. This smoothie is perfect for sports events or parties. Enjoy it fresh and replenish your vitamins!

300 g frozen mango

300 g frozen strawberries

200 g frozen blackberries

100 g frozen blueberries

2 Teaspoon(s) powdered sugar

Activated charcoal or black food coloring

Preparation of the black, red and gold fruit smoothie

1. Place the frozen mango in the blender and process until smooth. Fill the bottles with it to one-third and then place them in the refrigerator or freezer.

2. Next, add the strawberries to the blender and blend until smooth. Take the bottles out of the cooling and fill them with another third with the strawberry puree. Then chill the bottles again.

3. For the third layer, combine blackberries and blueberries with powdered sugar in the blender until well combined. To make the mixture as black as possible, you can optionally add some activated charcoal or black food coloring. Now fill the last third of the bottles with the black fruit puree.

4. You can decorate the finished smoothies with the appropriate German flag cork stoppers and store them in the refrigerator or freezer until ready to serve.
