Shipping costs and delivery

The exact shipping costs for your order will be displayed in your shopping cart after you have entered your delivery address and chosen the shipping method (Standard or Express). Once payment has been received, your order will usually be prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 working days and then handed over to the shipping service provider. The maximum weight for parcel shipments is 28 kg per package, both domestically and internationally. If your order exceeds this weight, we will ship your goods in multiple parcels or, if necessary, on a pallet.

In your customer account and during the checkout process, you have the option to adjust your delivery address.

No, we do not deliver to parcel lockers. Our shipping partner, DPD, does not offer this service.

For scheduling freight deliveries, we request your phone number so we can arrange a delivery time with you. Depending on the items being delivered, a forklift or tail lift may be necessary for unloading. If required, we will ask you about these details before delivery. Please refer to our overview of delivery times and shipping information for country-specific details on pallet deliveries.

After we receive your order, we will send you an order confirmation via email. This will include a link to your customer account, where you can view your order status. Once your order has been handed over to the shipping provider, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your shipment.

Our standard shipping service offers you reliable delivery. Once payment has been received, your order will usually be prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 working days and then handed over to the shipping service provider. If an order is placed by 12:00 noon with an instant payment method, shipping with DHL Express is possible.

• If you select “DHL Express,” delivery will be made on the next working day. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
• In metropolitan areas, the delivery time is 1 working day. In other regions, delivery may take up to 2 additional working days.

For orders placed between Thursday at 12:00 noon and Sunday at 11:59 pm, delivery will usually take place on the following Tuesday.
Note: If you choose the payment method “Bank transfer,” the Express option is not available.

Orders weighing 104 kg or more, or consisting of 5 or more cartons, are shipped on pallets via DHL.

‘Ready for dispatch’ refers to the time our company needs to process your order and prepare it for dispatch. It begins when we receive your order and ends as soon as your parcel is ready for collection by the dispatch service provider.

Please note: If you choose ‘bank transfer’ as your payment method, shipping preparation will only begin once your payment has been credited to our account.

‘Shipping time’ refers to the time required by the shipping service provider (e.g. DPD, DHL) to collect your parcel from the shipping centre and transport it to your desired delivery location.
