Infused water: fruity lemon and mint water
Infused water is a refreshing drink that enjoys great popularity around the world. It’s easy to prepare, wonderfully versatile, and can be customised with regional ingredients.

3 Piece(s) lemons (alternatively limes or oranges)
12 Piece(s) fresh mint leaves (alternatively basil or lemon balm)
3 l still or sparkling water
Optional: fresh berries (e.g. strawberries, raspberries – depending on season and availability)
Ice cubes (optional)

Preparation
1. Wash the lemons thoroughly and slice them thinly.
2. Rinse the mint leaves briefly.
3. Place the lemon slices and mint leaves, along with any optional berries, into a clean glass bottle or jug.
4. Fill up with water and add ice cubes as desired.
For a more intense flavour, let the drink infuse in the fridge for about 30 minutes. Serve chilled and enjoy within a day.
Tips for adjustments
For that extra something: a pinch of freshly ground black pepper or a piece of ginger adds a special kick.
